How Booking Works
Booking through FlySivana follows a straightforward request-and-confirm workflow. You browse our available deals, submit a booking request through the relevant form, and receive a detailed fare quote from our team within one business day. The quote includes the base fare, all taxes and fees, and any optional add-ons you selected. Nothing is charged until you review and approve the final itinerary.
Once you confirm, we process your payment through a secure gateway and issue your booking documents via email. These documents include your e-ticket, hotel confirmation (for packages), a pre-departure checklist, and relevant contact numbers for airlines and properties. Our team remains available for any questions between confirmation and departure.

Payment Information
FlySivana accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
For vacation packages and bookings totaling $800 or more, we offer installment payment plans. You can split the total into two or three payments on a schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. The first installment secures your reservation, and subsequent payments are due on specified dates before departure. Payment plan availability does not apply to last-minute deals or fares requiring immediate ticketing.
All prices displayed on the FlySivana website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes and mandatory carrier fees. Optional add-ons are priced separately and itemized in your booking quote before payment is collected.
Cancellation Policy Overview
Cancellation terms vary by fare class and by the policies of the airline or hotel partner associated with your booking. The fare class comparison table above outlines general cancellation flexibility for each tier. Specific terms are included in every booking confirmation we send.
To cancel a booking, contact our team at [email protected] or call +1 (775) 461-8234 during business hours. Provide your booking confirmation number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review the applicable policies and inform you of any refund eligibility, cancellation fees, or travel credit options.
Refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days, depending on the payment method used. Credit card refunds appear on your next statement cycle. PayPal refunds are typically visible within five business days. Travel credits, where applicable, are valid for twelve months from the date of cancellation and can be applied toward any future FlySivana booking.
